OUR GROUP
Established in 2008, TOKYO BASE owns multi-brand fashion store STUDIOUS, contemporary brand UNITED TOKYO and High And Casual brand PUBLIC TOKYO.
Until November 2018, we operate 😊 stores in Japan and employ over 200 staff.
Our business specializes in Japanese brands and products. All brands of STUDIOUS are from Japan and all products of UNITED TOKYO and PUBLIC TOKYO are made in Japan.
TOKYO BASE was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2015.
The mission of TOKYO BASE is introducing and expanding fashion styles originated from Japan to worldwide customers.
For this aim, TOKYO BASE HONG KONG LTD. was established in 2017 as the first global branch and STUDIOUS HONG KONG was open in April 2017.
Also In November 2017 we opened  UNITED TOKYO HONG KONG.
Now it is the next stage, We open PUBLIC TOKYO in December 2018. We have a plan to open a new store one after another in HONG KONG and all over the world.
We are looking for energetic talent to join us and succeed in this project.
 
 
OUR BUSINESS-STUDIOUS
STUDIOUS offers only Japanese brands, including also UNDERCOVER, JohnUNDERCOVER, White Mountaineering,  WACKO MARIA and  nonnative.
In STUDIOUS, you can see the largest number of Japanese brands in the world.
The select shops people used to know mainly import brands from abroad and introduce them in their own countries. But what we do is like the right opposite.
This distinction from other companies made us stand out from the rest and steadily expanded our shares in Japanese market.
We are running 24 stores and 3 E-COMMERCE stores in Japan.
 
 
OUR BUSINESS-UNITED TOKYO
UNITED TOKYO is a fashion brand for women and men who want the high quality and contemporary design.
All products are made in selected Japanese high-quality factories, and each cost rate is about 50% of the retail price.
Since launching in 2015, we have opened 13 stores and 2 E-COMMERCE stores in Japan.
In October 2017, UNITED TOKYO was presented at Tokyo Fashion Week for the first time as a global brand.

OUR BUSINESS-PUBLIC TOKYO
PUBLIC TOKYO is a “High End Casual “ brand for women and men who want excellent quality and the highest standards.
They pursue casual essential wear that prioritizes material, comfort, and functionality fitting to each occasion of our constantly diversifying lifestyles.
Since launching in 2018, we have opened 4 stores and 2 E-COMMERCE stores in Japan.
 
 
CAREER PLAN
First you’ll start as a sales exective with Japanese coworkers to learn Japanese service, strategy and so on.
After that, we’ll consider your ability, suitability, and your request to make your promotion.
Our CEO is 36 years old and our average age is also 29. Age and Experience are not important.
If you work hard enough and have good results, you can get much higher salary and more opportunities than you expected.

Position
         Sales Executive(STUDIOUS HONG KONG/ UNITED TOKYO HONG KONG/ PUBLIC TOKYO HONG KONG)
 
Job Description
• ・Identify customer needs and demonstrate good commitment to fashion
• ・Proposing styling advice and excellent customer services to customers
• ・Maximize sales opportunities, achieve targets and contribute to sales growth
• ・Maintain floor & window display according to your sense and logic
• ・Plan and manage some shop events
 
Requirement
• ・1-2 years relevant experience preferred, fresh graduate also welcome
• ・Proficiency in English; good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese is a plus
• ・Commercial mindset and willing to evolve in the organization
• ・Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
